Edhe pse n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb deformuar, zbatimi i k\u00ebtyre zakoneve \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb plag\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb shkakton viktima t\u00eb pafajshme nd\u00ebr burra, gra e f\u00ebmij\u00eb. P\u00ebr t\u00eb kontribuar n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij fenomeni, FML, me ekspert\u00ebt e saj hartoi nj\u00eb projektligj p\u00ebr amendimin e Kodit Penal t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb nenent q\u00eb parashikonin d\u00ebnimin e krimit t\u00eb gjakmarrjes. Ne lobuam p\u00ebrmers nj\u00eb grupi deputet\u00ebsh t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e paraqit\u00ebn amendamentin dhe e mbrojt\u00ebn at\u00eb n\u00eb Komisionin e Parlamentar t\u00eb Ligjeve, e m\u00eb pas n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn Plenar\u00eb t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. N\u00eb Vitin 2008 Kuvendi miratoi me unanimitet amendimin e Kodit Penal dhe sanksionimin e tre neneve t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr nd\u00ebshkimin e krimit t\u00eb gjakmarrjes dhe ngunjimit.
