N\u00eb projekt u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb pes\u00eb partit\u00eb kryesore poltike n\u00eb vend. P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb u nd\u00ebrmor nj\u00eb investigim n\u00eb terren, p\u00ebr t\u00eb matur shpenzimet e partive politike ne fushat\u00eb. U monitoruan shpenzimet p\u00ebr reklamat televizve dhe n\u00eb median e shkruar, reklamat publike si dhe u monitoruan shpenzimet e pjesshme p\u00ebr mitingjet hap\u00ebse dhe mbyll\u00ebse n\u00eb qytete kryesore. Nga investigimi q\u00eb ne b\u00ebm\u00eb dhe krahasimi me shpenzimet q\u00eb partit\u00eb deklaruan pran\u00eb KQZ-s\u00eb, rezultoi se partit\u00eb nuk kishin deklaruar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn. Pra, ato kishin pranuar financime t\u00eb paligjshme. Ky dokument ishte i pari q\u00eb provoi me fakte se partit\u00eb mashtrojn\u00eb n\u00eb deklarimin e burimeve financiare p\u00ebr mbulimin e fushatave elektorale.
